Yoga Gym Holistic Fitness program

Holistic Fitness is a perfect blend of Strength training, Cardio, Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition and four lifestyle principles (breath, posture, mindfulness and practice.) These practices are woven in a fitness program that ultimately allows you to achieve a stronger more supple and more leaner body with a calmer and more peaceful mind.

The program consists of the five Fitness disciplines: Strength training to sculpt the body. Cardio to keep your heart, lungs and respiratory health strong. Yoga an endless practice of physical, mental and spiritual expansion. Meditation to complete your fitness program to maintain long term body/mind health. Nutrition learning to eat mindfully with a good food plan.

The goal is to promote health and well-being in both the body and mind. By incorporating all the fundamentals of fitness with individual and semi private sessions, our clients are well prepared for the fullness of life.
